1. Return Policy
Revoila follows a no-return policy, except for products received in a defective or damaged condition.

● Original tags, labels, packaging and accessories are intact.
● Clear photographs or videos showing the defect are provided for verification.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference or incorrect product selection, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
2. Size Exchange Policy
At Revoila, we understand the importance of finding the right fit. We therefore offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
● Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
● The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition.
● All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
● The requested replacement size is subject to availability.
● Only one size exchange is permitted per order.
● Products marked as non-exchangeable or final sale are excluded, subject to applicable law.
If the requested size is unavailable, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the available options.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if:
● They have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
● Original tags, labels or packaging are missing.
● The request is raised after the applicable time limit.
● The exchange request relates to a reason other than size, or the product falls under a stated exclusion.
Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be assessed separately in accordance with applicable law.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return for a defective product or an exchange for a different size:
1. Contact Revoila customer support within the applicable time limit.
2. Provide your order number, product details and reason for the request.
3. Share clear photographs or videos if the product is defective.
4. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the product back.
Please do not send products back without receiving instructions from our support team.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered for approved defective-product claims and other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.
6. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
For approved size exchanges, shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
For products confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, Revoila will communicate the return-shipping and replacement arrangements in accordance with applicable law.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status and our cancellation policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
